Hello Friends, Today, I would like to share the most important fact of The Giant Corporate World. This is, I am sharing from my personal experience. Saying “I will try” and completing the task is better than saying “I will do it” and not able to complete it. Never argue with your manager about deadlines. In most of the cases deadlines set is not practically possible and even your manager is well aware of it. Be confident but not over confident and always prefer saying “I will try my Best”. When you give the assurance of completing the task you set an expectation in front of your manager and if due to any reason you are not able to fulfill it, it hurts. Hello Friends, After getting done with ILP, you are required to report at your respective base location. Here we need to arrange our accommodation by ourselves from day .At first we prefer Paying Guest Accommodation, until and unless your office location is not fix at that point of time. In case you want to move to a flat on rent, you need to have at least 20,000 to 40,000 (variable amount for different cities) to pay including your flat deposit,rent and other basic expenses. On raising a request from TCS's portal, TCS provides housing deposit loan up to 30,000 on zero percent interest. The issued amount will be deducted from your upcoming month salary.
